Teambuilding

wine games

Team-building activities are essential to create a strong corporate culture, and when done right, deliver improved employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.

At Vin Roché, we offer interactive wine team-building games designed to bring your team together through light-hearted competition that builds connections and collaboration. Our corporate wine games work for groups of all sizes and are perfect for team-building events, corporate retreats, and company celebrations in Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Blind Tasting

Break into teams and see which team will win the battle of the bottles! We'll teach you how to evaluate a wine and make an educated guess on what might be in your glass. Team members will need to draw on their sensory perception and analytical skills while managing different perspectives to come to a consensus on each wine.

wine aroma game

Let’s demystify one of the most stressful aspects of wine-what you smell in the glass. During this game, we’ll break into teams to try and match the wine aromas with each wine. Like the blind-tasting game, it challenges perceptions and encourages discussion and consensus. It can be done without tasting wine, making it a perfect game for groups with non-drinkers on the team.
